Please confirm this product is made for your exact model before purchasing. Returns for mismatches are accepted, but the customer pays return shipping.
Installation Process
Safety First
Unplug the recliner and ensure it's in a safe position for disassembly. Have basic tools ready: screwdriver set and pliers.
Remove the Actuator
Disconnect the actuator from the chair frame. Remove screws holding the motor housing cover to access the broken block.
Replace the Block
Remove the broken plastic block and install the new replacement. Ensure proper alignment with drive gears.
Test and Reassemble
Reassemble the housing, reconnect to the chair, and test operation before final installation.
